(Graettinger)--Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. is launching a summer community fundraiser called, “One Dollar Difference: One Week. One Goal. One Community.” UDMO Director of Program Development, Compliance and Reporting Shakira Meyer says the fundraiser will be held June 15th-19th.
Meyer says residents are invited to give $1 for every person UDMO assisted last year in its 12 county service area.
Meyer highlights some of the many services offered by UDMO.
She says they offer many other specialized services.
