(Spirit Lake)--A 32-year-old man is facing felony charges for enticing a minor in Dickinson County.

The Spirit Lake Police Department arrested Drew Kingswan on Wednesday evening on two counts of enticing a minor under the age of 16 for the purpose of sexual abuse and two counts of grooming, all class D felonies.

A preliminary hearing for Kingswan is scheduled for September 14th at 4 pm in Dickinson County Court.

As of Friday afternoon, Kingswan was not listed on the Dickinson County inmate roster.
