(Emmetsburg)--An Emmetsburg woman is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop early Friday in Palo Alto County.

According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff's Office the traffic stop occurred around 4:40 am  in the 4500 block of 460th Avenue.  As a result of the traffic stop, 45-year-old  Nichole Li of Emmetsburg was arrested on charges of:  Operating while Intoxicated/Impaired-1st offense , Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana-1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Open Container.

 Li was transported to the Palo Alto County Jail and held until her initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
