(Spencer) -The Iowa Rock 'n Roll Music Association will host a music workshop and community concert that will take place Saturday, July 18th in Spencer. Association Board member Jill Barr says the Classic Rock Experience is a great opportunity for students interested in learning more about the music business.

Barr says students will also learn about careers behind the scenes.

She says one of the guest musicians will be Kirk “Skinny’ Webb.

The day will conclude with a concert at Spencer Community Theatre at 7 pm.

Tickets are available at: events.humanitix.com/theclassicrockexperience and the SCT Box Office. Tickets are $20 General Admission and $25 the day of the show. A portion of the proceeds will be directed to Iowa Rock’s Scholarship Fund.
