(Fairmont, MN)--Martin County Jail Administrator Tanya Rathman was recently honored with the Above and Beyond Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for going above and beyond in supporting our employees who serve in the United States Armed Forces.

The Above and Beyond Award is presented to employers who have had at least one supervisor or manager recognized with a Patriot Award, which Rathman was awarded in June 2025. This award recognizes employers and supervisors who demonstrate exceptional support for service members and their military commitments
